Shipping:

if you sign up for our email list, you’ll get a FREE shipping code. but, if you choose not to sign up and don’t make a purchase over $55, the standard domestic shipping rate of $7.95 applies.

so many questions! here’s all the answers: we currently ship domestically via usps or ups. we ship internationally via dhl. we provide tracking information on all orders. keep an eye on your mailbox, cause your midsummer dream is on the way!

we know you want it yesterday, and we don’t blame you. we ship out of florida and the in-transit time for standard delivery depends on the shipping destination. most orders ship within 1 business day and are estimated to arrive within 3-6 business days (domestic) and 7-14 business days (international) after they ship. you’ll receive tracking information via email to track your order. please note that it sometimes takes 1-2 days for your tracking information to be updated on our shipping carrier's website. we do not ship on weekends or u.s. holidays. don’t worry, your midsummer dream is worth the wait.

for sure, on some orders… you’ll get free standard shipping on any domestic order $55 and over. or you can get free domestic shipping if you sign up for our email list! free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders or with a code.

if you just. can’t. wait. we get it, and we won’t make you! we offer ups 2-day delivery and next business day delivery for all u.s. orders. be sure to place your order before noon pst mon-fri (excluding holidays) and select the shipping speed you’d like at checkout to qualify for guaranteed delivery. in-transit time does not include the day that your order is shipped.

expedited shipping prices depend on the shipping destination and will show up at checkout.

nope, sorry babe. our international shipping fees do not include customs duties and taxes.

Returns + exchanges:

we know you’re probs going to love our skincare, but we also know sh* happens. if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 15 days of your purchase and we’ll provide a return authorization form and mailing information. 

once your return has been received, we will deduct the shipping charge from the total refund even if the original shipping was free. once your return is received and processed, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. if you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied to the credit card used to place your original order. please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be credited back to your card. midsummer skin only accepts returns from midsummerskin.com. 

if you purchased our products from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for assistance.

the clock starts as soon as you get in touch. the first step is for you to return the products with all the necessary information included in the package. once your order is delivered to us on the mailing address informed on the return authorization. please allow two weeks for us to process the return and your refund.

Payments, gift cards + promos:

we probs accept what you have, cause we take all major credit cards and PayPal.

you know what everyone can use? beautiful skin! not sure what to gift? we got you. midsummer skincare gift cards make the best gift for any occasion. gift cards can be purchased for any amount. conveniently, our gift cards are digital and the code will be emailed to your recipient. we currently do not offer physical gift cards.

we’re here to improve your life, not complicate it. that’s why we make it easy af to redeem your gift card in one click! in your gift card email, click on “redeem gift card” and then choose your product(s). your card value will automatically be applied at checkout.

running into issues? start at the beginning. promotion codes terms vary, so it’s best to start by looking into the terms. after you’ve done this, enter the promo code in the “gift card or discount code” box during checkout and click on “apply”. if your promo code does not apply, check the following:

My Orders + Account:

if you forgot your password, click "forgot your password?" on login page, enter the email address that you used to place your order, and click submit. we'll email you a link to reset.

don’t panic! if you need to make a change to your order, please contact us asap and we’ll do our best to help. If your order has already been shipped by the time we receive your request, then unfortunately we can no longer cancel or change the order.

we’re sorry you’ve changed your mind, and understand things come up. if your order has already been prepared or shipped by the time we receive your request, then unfortunately we can no longer cancel your order. please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

after you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a linked tracking number to track your order in-transit. please note that it can take 1-2 business days for usps to update their website with the status of your shipment. as soon as they update you can track away!

in some cases, usps tracking links take 1-2 business days to update. if your tracking link still isn’t showing tracking information, contact us so we can help.

if your package is marked as delivered and you can’t find it, please be sure to check inside and around your mailbox for your package. but don’t worry too much, if you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll help you get your order asap.

never! we have never tested our products on animals and we never will. midsummer actively supports various campaigns for animal care. animals are our friends!

we love animals, and value their cute little faces and role in our lives. this is why a large portion of our line is vegan! marine superfood toning complex, revive glow glycolic acid exfoliator, h-acqua essence hyaluronic liquid, squalane + hyaluronic caviar, h-acqua power hyaluronic soothing sorbet, triple action eye correction cream, supreme retinol + liquid complex, vitamin ce ferulic + b5 serum supercharged antioxidant are all completely vegan. shop vegan here.
